Refund Policy

Because we use escrow, your payment is held and protected until delivery. This Policy explains when and how refunds happen.

1. Escrow protection

The amount you pay is held in escrow and only released to the booster after you confirm the service was delivered as ordered.

2. When you are entitled to a refund

Non-delivery: if the service is not started or completed within a reasonable time.

Service not as agreed: delivery differs from the order.

In these cases, open a dispute on the order. We mediate and, if warranted, refund fully or partially.

3. Disputes

When you open a dispute, the amount stays held until a decision. We may request evidence (screenshots, chat logs).

Partial refunds may apply when part of the service was delivered.

4. Non-refundable cases

Service completed and confirmed, or completion prevented by the buyer (e.g. changing the password during the boost, playing on the account without arranging it).

Sanctions imposed by the game publisher, which are outside our control.

5. Crypto payments

Refunds for cryptocurrency payments are made on the same network, minus applicable network fees, to a wallet you provide.

Exchange-rate variations between payment and refund are your responsibility.

6. Timelines

We aim to resolve disputes as fast as possible. Refund processing depends on the payment method and the network used.
